LeapPoint is looking for a Strategy Consultant to thoughtfully connect big picture strategy to day-to-day operations and organizational transformation on our Connected Work programs for the world’s biggest brands. Connected Work helps our clients by aligning their teams with organizational strategies, transparently conveying business and ROI costs, and building a well-integrated technology stack to jumpstart digital transformation. 

Note: this is a remote, work from home position  

As a Strategy Consultant at LeapPoint, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Work with clients to create a vision, drive innovation, and articulate clear goals for organizational and digital transformation
  • Assess clients’ marketing technologies, goals, and current state to develop strategic roadmaps to strengthen their marketing planning, execution, and optimization
  • Drive Connected Work thought leadership for our clients to break down silos and ensure optimum connectedness for how processes, roles, and technology can better come together within the organization
  • Understand client business strategy and advise on actions to achieve the strategy and the right way to measure success
  • Outline options and scenarios to fuel leadership consideration and decision making
  • Advise on and implement work governance within and across teams
  • Enable clients to meet their business goals through recommending the right actions across systems, people, and process
  • Build client roadmaps and design transformation initiatives
  • Facilitate the definition of success and work with clients to refine and clarify those definitions
  • Communicate with all levels of stakeholders to ensure alignment, develop buy-in, and identify opportunities

The following skills will set you up for success:

  • 4+ years of experience with strategic planning aligning business’ work around shared outcomes and creating pathways to execution that deliver measurable results
  • 4+ years of process optimization and process mapping
  • Experience with Adobe generative AI - Firefly and Express and huge plus!
  • 2+ years delivering technology led transformation programs aiming to enhance customers' digital experience
  • 7+ years applying process improvement methodologies

Travel: This position may require approximately 10-20% travel
