As a Business Process Consultant, you will support streamlining the process of generating high quality content, utilizing Adobe Creative Cloud generative AI technologies, such as Adobe Express and Adobe Firefly. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to efficiently and creatively develop solutions to solve our client’s biggest challenges.

As a Business Process Consultant, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Lead, identify, document, and implement business process improvements, process re-engineering and process design to achieve business goals
  • Create Process maps by persona and across systems for creative execution as it ties into client work and other processes
  • AI (Firefly + Adobe Express + AEM):
    • Develop Firefly use cases – identify who should be using this tool and how should they be using it
    • Develop Adobe Express templates that incorporate the Firefly models
    • Train identified users on Firefly models developed by Technical team
    • Determine the appropriate review and storage processes for AI assets
    • Incorporate AI and accelerated content creation into client’s ways of working
  • Develop solutions to reduce process complexity, increase process efficiency, increase process effectiveness, and enable speed of operational processes
  • Contribute to business process improvements, process re-engineering and process design to achieve business goals. Participate as a member of cross-functional consulting teams to discover, design, implement, test, and support the desired solution(s)
  • Conduct and lead discovery sessions and workshops with customers to understand and elicit business requirements and needs
  • Assist in creating reports and documentation for new and existing business processes. Collaborate on the preparation of diagrams, workflow maps, or other visuals to facilitate enhanced process and system understanding
  • Identify technical problems and contribute recommendations for solutions to support business objectives and optimize processes
  • Assist in developing plans to seamlessly integrate new processes with existing business processes
  • Work with software implementation teammates to translate business process needs to technical design and ensure software configurations meet business requirement needs. Measure performance of solution(s) against process requirements

The following skills will set you up for success:

  • 5+ years of business analysis and/or process experience
  • A deep understanding of creative workflows with deep connections to the creative community
  • Experience influencing and championing user-centric design across functions
  • Expertise in problem framing from customers’ point of view and solving problems through storytelling and creative designs
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud generative AI technologies: Adobe Express; Adobe Firefly
  • 2 years of Workfront or similar SaaS experience; AEM
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, and relationship skills
  • Experience working in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks and able to prioritize personal workload
  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions
  • Possess a growth-mindset, as AI is new technology that is accelerating quickly!
