We are seeking an Adobe Workfront Architect to deliver on our vision of Connected Work™, where we help clients understand, design, and build a connected ecosystem of platforms that drive hyper-personalization, data-driven decisions, and successful outcomes. As an Adobe Workfront Architect, you will lead new and existing Workfront configurations and implementation engagements with a focus on enhancing Content Supply Chain solutions for big brands. This position is ideal for someone with an aptitude to learn new platforms and how they can all contribute to a Connected Work™ solution for our clients.

As an Adobe Workfront Architect at LeapPoint, you will have the opportunity for:

  • Solution Design & Implementation: architect and deliver Adobe Workfront to streamline content supply chain processes, including Generative AI enablement of content creation to help clients achieve their business objectives and goals  
  • Consulting Leadership: partner with client teams (marketing, creative, IT) to assess needs, recommend Workfront customizations, and deliver scalable solutions that align with business goals
  • Content Supply Chain Optimization: leverage Workfront to improve content lifecycle management—tracking assets from ideation to publication, reducing bottlenecks, and ensuring timely delivery across platforms. Leverage automation and GenAI to improve speed, scalability, and ROI
  • Integration Management: integrate Workfront with DAM systems (e.g. AEM Assets), creative tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite), and GenAI (e.g. Firefly, GenStudio) to create a cohesive content ecosystem
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: build relationships and act as a trusted advisor, translating technical capabilities into business value for executives, project managers, and creative professionals
  • Documentation: create, deliver, and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system configurations, process maps, and best practices for Workfront usage
  • Digital Transformation: provide best practices for business workflows, change management, user adoption, and system governance

The following skills will set you up for success: 
  • 1-3 years (level 1) / 3-6 years (level 2) / 7+ years (level 3) of Workfront design and implementation experience with a deep understanding of what is possible within the system
  • Extensive experience with workflow automation and the ability to mentor teams while driving system efficiency
  • Experience guiding clients in content supply chain journeys and delivering technology led transformation programs aiming to enhance customers' digital experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Adobe Workfront architecture, features, and functionalities
  • Experience with system integrations using Workfront Fusion, connectors, and APIs preferred
  • Communication, interpersonal, problem solving and relationship skills
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks and able to prioritize personal workload

Certifications: Adobe Certified Professional / Expert - Adobe Workfront Core Developer is highly desirable

Travel: This position may require approximately 10-20% travel 

Compensation & Benefits:
  • The base salary for this role is $99,216 - $206,369. Compensation varies based on experience, qualifications, and demonstrated results as a Workfront Architect
